Clay County rejects charter school
FLEMING ISLAND, Fla. -- The school board denied an application by Orange Park Performing Arts Academy to establish the county's first charter school.
The Clay County School Board denied 4 to 1 in vote to establish the charter school.The Arts Academy can now appeal to the state. They were denied back in October to form a new charter school.
