JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- Action News has exclusive new details in the case of a mother accused of selling her daughter for sex to pay for drugs.

The exclusive new documents paint a picture of Dalina Nicholas. The paperwork describes men going behind closed doors, as a mom told her daughter to lay on the bed and take her clothes off. Nicholas is accused of selling her 6-year-old daughter for sex to feed a drug habit.

The reports detail a young child crying out for help. We uncovered it was a homeless man, who went to the home for drugs, that told police about the abuse. He says he didn't want to see the little girl cry anymore. One man told police Nicholas would sometimes get 2000 dollars a week in exchange for drugs.

Two of the men accused of having sex with the 6-year-old girl are Quinn Brooks and John Hagans. According to the paperwork, this isn't the first time Hagans was accused of this crime. In 2009 he was questioned, but never officially charged.

We also found evidence of doubt by police investigators about DCF investigators, including a statement saying they didn't find "indications of abuse."  We did talk with DCF about the comments in the documents. A spokesman says the investigator made ample attempts to see the children, and acted in their best interest.

The defendants trials are expected to happen in July.
