JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Federal agency says a dolphin-killing disease has reached Florida.

The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration said at least six bottlenose dolphins have been killed by the morbillivirus in Florida. Hundreds more have died along the East Coast.

The agency has scheduled a news conference Friday to reveal how it could affect humans.
