JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Four people, including a teenager, have been arrested after a party turned deadly.
The incident happened late on the evening of January 21. The gathering on Haverford Road was attended by more than 100 people.
Two brothers, Ernest and 15-year-old Dontavious Williams are accused of shooting a man at the party. In the police report, the Williams' say a group of people disrespected them. Someone threw a drink at the teen and his brother shot into the crowd, hitting Eugene Campbell. Campbell died.
A friend of the victim, Cory Williams, allegedly shot back at a car Ernest and Dontavious were in. His accomplice, Marlon Brice, is accused of beating up and stabbing another man in retaliation for the first shooting.
Ernest and Dontavious Williams are charged with murder. Cory Williams is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.
Marlon Brice is charged with Felony Battery.
