Hung jury in Andrew King trial
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- There is a hung jury in the trial of a man accused of killing a pregnant woman.
The 12 member jury ended up in a deadlock after deliberating for over nine hours over the fate of Andrew King.
King is charged with the murder of Felicia Burney in June 2010. Burney was 38 weeks pregnant when she was found stabbed to death in her Arlington home.
King is facing two counts of first degree murder and burglary with assault and could get the death penalty if convicted.
Attorneys for both sides will be back in court on Monday to reschedule a trial date.
