Local classroom goes to the Gators
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A local classroom has an exciting addition.
Fourth graders in Ms. Kulick's class at Rawlings Elementary School are taking care of an alligator hatchling.
One of the students won an alligator farm contest. A reptile keeper will check on the alligator periodically, but the day-to-day care will be up to the students.
