CRESCENT CITY, Fla. -- Putnam County officials have identified a badly decomposed body discovered inside a Crescent City home.
Casey Ray Wise, 33, was found by his father Sunday afternoon, according to the sheriff's office. Investigators believe Wise died several days earlier. Deputies are calling his death a homicide, but did not release details on the manner of Wise's death.
