Study: Smartphones help dieters lose eight more pounds
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- If your are looking to lose some of that weight you gained over the holidays, dial up some weight loss on your smartphone.
A new study suggests smartphone users are able to track their weight loss more effectively. Researchers at Northwestern University discovered that dieters who get prompts on their phones lost eight more pounds than those on a standard program.
