Two men charged in Columbia County burglary
COLUMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Two men were arrested Thursday after a string of home burglaries.
The Columbia County Sheriff's Office reported recovering approximately $4,600 in stolen property and $1,106 in cash after the burglaries of homes on Northwest Taylor Magee Lane.
Christopher Alexander Jezewski, 25, and Billy Joe Tomlinson Jr., 25, were arrested and taken to the Columbia County Detention Facility. Both face four counts of burglary and one count of grand theft. Tomlinson is on probation for a previous burglary charge.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges and arrests are possible.
