Vehicle fire slows traffic on I-295 SB near Wilson Blvd.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Several lanes of I-295 SB near Wilson Blvd. were closed down around 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon while emergency crews responded to a vehicle fire.
JFRD quickly put the vehicle fire out while the Florida Highway Patrol conducted its investigation.
Traffic was still moving slowly after more than an hour after the fire. All lanes of I-295 SB are open.
