JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - The Jacksonville Jaguars are down to two healthy receivers.
Cecil Shorts III and Mike Brown are dealing with minor injuries as the team prepares to play at Oakland.
Shorts, who missed a chunk of training camp because of a calf injury, was held out of part of practice Wednesday with a groin injury. So was Brown, who is dealing with a back injury.
Coach Gus Bradley believes both players will be healthy enough to play against the Raiders on Sunday.
If not, the Jaguars might have to sign someone off the practice squad since they only have four receivers on the 53-man roster.
Adding to the receiving corps woes, tight end Marcedes Lewis is unlikely to play because of a nagging calf injury. Lewis missed the season opener.
