JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Call it a graduation of sorts but the newest crop of Jacksonville Jaguars is moving up to the big time. After finishing a three day rookie camp earlier this month the Jags newcomers joined the full squad workouts for the first time this week with OTA's. That means Matt Scott throwing passes alongside Blaine Gabbert, Denard Robinson running drills with Maurice Jones-Drew and Luke Joeckel learning from veterans like Brad Meester.

For Scott it's a chance to learn from guys with a little more seasoning. "These guys are veterans coming in, they know what they're doing, they know what to look for, especially on the offensive side of the ball. I'm picking up a good amount, anything I don't know I turn to them and ask them a question and see what they're thinking, then go from there."

Some players like second round pick Johnathan Cyprien are expected to come right in and start alongside the returners. "It's a different speed, there's new challenges that come with new plays and we're working together with the offense thats been here" says Cyprien. The new players will continue to gel with the squad as OTA's run though May 23rd.
