Weather conditions continue to improve across the First Coast with decreasing winds & subsiding seas & surf.  There will still be an elevated rip current risk with somewhat breeze west/southwest winds today.

"Andrea" will spread heavy rain up the east coast as the system becomes extratropical.

Otherwise....the Atlantic Basin has gone quiet.
