Coastal Low Developing
Tropical Atlantic Stays Quiet (Looks Like Nov.!)......
A strong nontropical coastal cyclone is developing off the the central east coast of the U.S. This low will be a moderately strong Nor'easter & will hinder clean-up & power restoration in some areas hard hit by "Sandy" last week.
