Staying Stormy in the E. Atlantic......

The E. Atlantic remains very stormy but t'storms are organized & shear is very strong.  Therefore, no tropical development is expected.  A secondary front/upper trough is over the Central Atlantic & also producing some convection but no tropical development, at least in the short term.
