The 2013 season is finishing on a quiet note -- much like most of the season was (despite early predictions). An upper level trough over the W. Atlantic is producing some disorganized convection… an upper level cold core low is over the Central Atlantic. The Gulf of Mexico & Caribbean are void of much cloud cover let alone convection.
No tropical development expected within the Atlantic Basin.
A season summary will be posted Sunday.
The cold front is crossing the Bahamas & Cuba & is into the NW Caribbean.
