Nor'easter Off East Coast......

A Nor'easter is offshore the east coast of the U.S. east/southeast of Chesapeake Bay moving northeast - there will be no tropical development.  An upper low in the SW Atlantic is producing heavy convection north of Puerto Rico & well east of the Bahamas - no development expected.  Convection has weakened over the Caribbean.  Overall....no tropical development is expected within the Atlantic Basin.
