Several Areas of Storminess - No Organization......

A large upper level trough is over the W. Atlantic producing lots of showers & storms but there will be no tropical development.  An upper low is over the E. Atlantic west of the Cape Verde Islands -- again, no development.  Unsettled weather continues over the Central & SW Caribbean - while development is not anticipated in the short term, it's an area to watch late in the season.
