Tropical Atlantic Goes Quiet......

A weak tropical wave is in the Central Atlantic but is unlikely to develop on its trek W/NW.

A strong coastal cyclone will develop by midweek off the the central east coast of the U.S.  This low will be a Nor'easter & not of tropical origin but will hinder clean-up & power restoration in areas hard hit by "Sandy" last week.
