Strong low pressure will zip into the Western Atlantic & will be followed by cold, dry, stable air.  The cold front will penetrate into the Caribbean.

No tropical development expected over the Atlantic Basin.

Strong convection will spread northeast from the Gulf into the Southeast U.S. into Wed. with a nontropical cyclone.
