Pair of tropical waves the Caribbean..... "Dalila" forms in far E. Pacific

A couple of tropical waves are in the Caribbean:
* the first is in the Western Caribbean & has developed a respectable -- but unorganized -- cluster of thunderstorms.  The wave will turn more north the next few days & might try to develop a weak surface reflection upon interaction with a deep trough digging to near the Gulf Coast.  Forecast models, however, are not very enthusiastic about much development.
* Another tropical wave is in the Eastern Caribbean moving very slowly W/NW & is bringing heavy rain to the Lesser Antilles & Puerto Rico.  This wave will continue W/NW & should increase its forward speed by midweek but -- again -- forecast models show little development at this time.

Overall conditions might become more favorable over the Atlantic Basin for general tropical development -- gradually -- over the next couple weeks.

In the E. Pacific, "Dalila" has formed off the coast of Central/Southern MexicoThe storm should stay west of Mexico as the storm turns more northwest then north over the next several days.
