Tropical Atlantic: Some Convection But Nothing of Concern......

There are no area of concern in the Atlantic Basin ... an large upper level trough & surface low is over the NW Atlantic...a large upper low is over the Central Atlantic & is not likely to become tropical. A tropical wave is in the E. Atlantic west/northwest of the Cape Verde Islands & is already lifting north.
