Weak Wave in W. Caribbean......

A cluster of t'storms continues to progress westward across the Caribbean with a weak tropical wave - no development is likely.

A large upper low is over the E/NE Atlantic S/SW of the Azore Islands.  This cold core system is unlikely to develop.

We're now in the last month of the 2012 hurricane season.  About every other year or so, at least 1 named storm develops in the Atlantic Basin in Nov.  The prime area is the Caribbean, SW Atlantic & occasionally the E. Gulf.  There are only 2 names left on what has been an active hurricane season to say the least.  Should we run out of Atlantic Basin names, we would go to the Greek alphabet (last necessary in 2005).
