JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- If you've ever had a dream of being down on the field at EverBank, this weekend you can check it off your bucket list.

If you're tired of the same ol' 5K, Doug Alred has something for you.

"There's so many 5Ks throughout the year. People look for something different to do," Doug, the owner of 1st Place Sports, said. "Like this week we have the 5K Stadium Challenge. Still a 5K, but with a whole different twist."

Saturday night runners will be jogging up, down and all around EverBank Field.

"We start in the tailgate zone, we run around the stadium, through the practice field, and then we come back and run up all six levels of the stadium, back down and we finish with a lap around the football field inside the stadium."

And for some, that's a dream come true.

"The people who have never gotten to come down and go on the football field it's pretty cool. The Jumbotrons will be going, the sound system will be going. They'll be showing films of last year's game, so it's pretty neat."

Last year was the inauguaral 5K Stadium Challenge with about 1,600 participants.

The 5K Stadium Challenge is Saturday at 7 p.m. It's $35 for adults and $25 for kids, but only if you sign up by Friday.
