Clay County regulates mobile businesses
GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- Clay County lawmakers approved a measure tonight to limit mobile businesses.
The county comission will now require a popular mobile pet clinic to pay an application fee and have $500,000 in insurance.
It must also stay 1,500 feet from other pet clinics.
The company says it may have to cut back on its services.
