FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- The Flagler County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in the death of a Palm Coast convenience store clerk.

Joseph Bova II is in custody in Boca Raton, Fla., on suspicion of murdering Zuheily Rosado. The mother of six was killed at a Mobil Mart on Feb. 22.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office credits a Crime Stoppers tip for leading to the arrest. At a press conference held Friday, investigators said a caller placed Bova at the Mobil Mart using the ATM. Investigators also said Bova's vehicle matched a vehicle seen in video, and that Bova had it repainted shortly after the murder.

Flagler County deputies said they were able to identify the type of gun used in the crime because of its unique characteristics. The gun identified is a SCCY 9 mm semiautomatic handgun manufactured in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Investigators obtained gun purchase records, and found that Bova purchased a SCCY handgun from a store in Daytona Beach.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office reported that Bova lived near the Mobil Mart, and left town shortly after the murder. When his landlord searched the property, he found a bullet. Investigators said tests determined the bullet was the same type used to kill Rosado.

Boca Raton police recently encountered Bova living in his vehicle. Flagler County officers executed a search warrant on the vehicle and recovered a handgun.

Bova was arrested in Boca Raton. He will be transported back to Flagler County.

Investigators said they still don't have a motive for the murder.
