JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Wednesday began with a dense fog advisory in all of Southeast Georgia and parts of North Florida (including Columbia County). Brunswick, Waycross, and Homerville all experienced visibilities less than a quarter of a mile.

With the fog buring off around 9 AM, the First Alert Weather Teams looks to the possibility of developing thunderstorms.

Much like Tuesday, the sea breeze will act to generate scattered thunderstorms starting mid-morning close to the coast and moving inland as the day progresses.

Drier and hotter to finish the work week...not as hot over the holiday weekend.
