KINGSLAND, Ga. (AP) - A developer says it plans to build a $100 million resort with built-in tourist attractions on a site along Interstate 95 near the Georgia coast. Project consultants expect the resort to employee 800 people, according to the Minneapolis Business Journal.
Minneapolis-based Real Development  says the development in Kingsland will include a hotel and conference center, an adventure park, a movie theater, retail shops and restaurants, a zip-line and ropes course and a water park.
Initial plans have the resort attraction set to open 2014.
