NEW YORK, NY -- It's NFL Draft Day 2013 in New York City and all around the country, including in the Jacksonville Jaguars war room at EverBank Field.
The Jaguars have the 2nd pick in tonight's first round that begins at 8 p.m. There is some chatter on whether a team will trade up to jump in front of the Jags and that's a situation that could be ideal for new general manager Dave Caldwell.
If the Jaguars stay with the number two pick, there is a good chance one of the offensive tackles like Luke Joeckel and Eric Fisher will be selected by the Jaguars. Another potential pick is the outside linebacker/defensive end from Oregon, Dion Jordan.
There is a strong Jaguars fan base here in the Big Apple. Over 50 fans from around the country have gathered to help support the Jags and the fan club called the Bold City Brigade. If they wanted to be in Radio City Music Hall tonight, they had to wait in line for several hours outside the famous building on Wednesday.
It's a beautiful day in New York City and it could be a special night for several draft picks and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
