PALM COAST, Fla.-- For the family of young mother Zuheily Rosado, the last seven months have been the longest of their lives as police tried to get to the bottom of who killed her and why.

"I didn't know it was going to take a while for it to be done," said her niece, Abagail Martinez.

Martinez translated for Rosado's husband Ulisess over the phone from their home near Atlanta. They say Rosado's murder broke their family apart, but today's arrest of accused killer Joseph Bova has brought them back together. Bova is charged with first-degree murder of Rosado after walking into the Mobil Mart she worked at in Palm Coast and shooting her in cold blood. Police still do not have a motive.

"The fact that the arrest was made, it kind of brought tranquility to all the family," said Martinez. "It kind of brought calmness to the house. Now everything is settled."

For the community, the arrest has brought them hope.

With Bova behind bars, the long road to healing and justice for Rosado has begun.
