JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Winds are poised to take off Tuesday afternoon, Tuesday night, and through Wednesday. Southwest winds ahead of tonight's front will hold steady in the 15 to 25 mph range...with some higher gusts.

Tonight's cold front will move through from northwest in Georgia at around 11 PM and exiting our southern counties along the First Coast around 4 AM Wednesday morning. We'll see less than a quarter of an inch of rain.

Winds will be still be quite strong on Wednesday, but it will be cooler! Feeling like winter again Thursday and Friday morning with lows in the 30s.

Temperatures rebound over the weekend.
