MAYPORT, Fla.--The Florida Gators will play without Scottie Wilbekin Friday night in the Navy-Marine Corps Classic.

Head coach Billy Donovan is confident that Kenny Boynton can handle the point guard duties in Wilbekin's absence. The Gators are already thin in the back court for the game with Georgetown due to a series of concussions to Casey Prather.

Donovan did not specify which rule Wilbekin broke or when he will be able to return to the team. We are here at the luncheon on board the U.S.S. Bataan waiting for the chance to speak with Patric Young and Aaron Bowen. Two former Jacksonville high school stars facing off in this game. Freshman Bradley Hayes is playing his first game for the Hoyas in his hometown. Hayes went to Sandalwood High.
