JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JEA is working to restore power to the Regency Square mall after the Arlington shopping center lost all electricity earlier Wednesday.

JEA said it is unclear what caused the outage but it is not believed to be weather-related. JEA was not sure when the power would be restored. Power to the AMC movie theater had been restored.

A Jacksonville Sheriff's Office substation is also without power and heat. Some of their roll call meetings were held inside JC Penney's because the store had light. With mall power out, officers were working off their vehicle's computers.
