Jacksonville man accused of killing brother over money

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man is in jail, accused of shooting and killing his younger brother. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office arrested 45-year-old Victor Wilson in the shooting death of 41-year-old Eugene Wilson. 

JSO says they believe Wilson shot his brother multiple times over a money dispute. They say the victims girlfriend was at the home on High Plains Drive at the time of the argument. Police say she told them Wilson pointed the gun at her as she left the scene to get help for her boyfriend.

Police say Victor Wilson is a convicted felon.

The name of the girlfriend involved is not released.
