Low clouds give way to sun again
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First Coast visibility never dropped too low this morning, but low clouds still played a major factor in the morning rush.
A weak impulse came off the ocean (where a dense fog advisory was in effect) and gave us a mist. The light sprinkles did not amount to any measurable rain.
