ORANGE PARK, Fla. -- A Jacksonville man is behind bars in Clay County accused of strangling another man to death and leaving him in a motel room.

John Buskager, 22, was arrested Friday afternoon. The victim, who was not identified in the police report, was found dead at the Rodeway Inn Wednesday.
