PALM COAST, Fla. -- A Flagler County man faces multiple drug charges after reporting his house was robbed.

Shaune Lawrence, 54, called Flagler County deputies to his house on Fleming Court to say he was the victim of a home invasion robbery. When investigators arrived, they discovered what they described as an "active grow house." According to the report, Lawrence had more than 110 marijuana plants in his possession. Lights used to help nourish the plants were also found. The estimated street value of the marijuana is estimated at $44,000.

Detectives say they never found evidence of a robbery. Lawrence was arrested and jailed pending payment of a $5,000 bond.
