JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- A "local" Nor'easter is in full force and will continue through Tuesday evening.  Bands of rain will move west off the Atlantic producing bursts of heavier showers at times that will be wind-driven by onshore east to northeast winds of 15-30 mph with higher gusts.  Beaches will take a battering with rough seas and surf and a high rip current risk.  High temperatures will be cool at the beaches never getting out of the 60s...will be near 70 degrees for metro Jacksonville...and in the low to mid 70s inland.
The Nor'easter will diminish Wednesday with warmer temperatures as highs approach 80 then into the low to mid 80s Thursday.
