JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Wednesday will be another unseasonably warm day with afternoon highs in the low to mid 80s which will not only be near daily record levels but very near all-time January records!  Gusty southwest winds will offer some relief from the wintertime "heat".  A few isolated afternoon showers will occur but the primary band of rain will cross metro Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia Wednesday night.  Rain should fall just about everywhere between 9pm and 3am but amounts will generally be less than a quarter of an inch.  Skies will clear by Thursday but with gusty northwest winds and much cooler temperatures as highs only reach the low to mid 60s.  A light inland frost and possible freeze is forecast for Friday and Saturday morning.
