JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Scattered heavy storms will occur through early this evening up and down the I-95 corridor to the beaches including metro Jacksonville.  Storms will move east/northeast at 10-15 mph and will produce pockets of very heavy rain and frequent lightning.  Most of the storms will end by sunset with a very warm and humid night.  A few scattered storms will fire Tuesday afternoon in what will otherwise be a partly sunny, hot and humid day with afternoon highs soaring into the low to mid 90s.  Storms will increase Wednesday afternoon.  Click ** here ** to download the FREE First Alert Weather iPad App...click ** here ** to send First Alert photos.
