Take a good look at 49-year-old Robert Evans. He's a lifelong criminal with a thick rap sheet.
In 2000, he was convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child--that's why he's now a registered sex offender.
Evans was recently arrested for not checking in with police. But when he got out of jail--he did it again!

Next, take a look 23-year-old Carloveto Dumas. In 2003, he was convicted of aggravated battery against a pregnant woman. Then, in 2007, he was convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior on a child uner 15.
