JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Andrew King is expected back in court Wednesday morning for a pretrial hearing. The first trial against King ended after the 12 member jury was deadlocked.
King is accused of stabbing Felicia Burney in her home in Arlington. She was 38-weeks pregnant at the time and had three children.
King is facing two counts of murder for the slaying, including a charge for the death of that unborn baby. He's being held without bond.
His pretrial is scheduled to start Wednesday morning at the Duval County Courthouse.
