Radio station honors Connecticut shooting victims & Dreshawna Davis
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A local radio station hosted an evening of Christmas music, prayer and food for the children and families of Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.
WCGL-AM and A Christian Call to Action hosted "A Joyous Christmas" and gave away 15 bikes and bibles in honor of Dreshawna Davis, who was killed in 2006. Davis was gunned down at her home.
Dozens attended the community event which featured worship music and a prayer vigil.
