JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Hip Hop Fish & Chicken in Lake City topped the list of most health violations in this weeks restaurant report.
The restaurant on North Marion Avenue touts fried fish and chicken on its facebook page.
Health inspectors wrote up the restaurant for several High Priority Violations. This is what we found in the report.
- Raw chicken over bread in prep unit.
- Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding units. Raw gizzards over fish.
- An employee who didn't wash their hands before putting on new gloves to work with food.
- Live flies in the kitchen.
