Cooked fish that wasn't being heated properly
An employee switched from handling raw hamburgers to cooked fish without washing hands
An egg patty was left on top of the freezer by the cook-line.
The inspector noted all problems were corrected on-site.

Mayport Garden Chinese Restaurant on Mayport Crossing Boulevard and Olympia Café on Mayport Road rounded out the top three restaurants with the most number of critical violations this week.
