Run, swim and bike to help Kate

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Myotonic muscular dystrophy is a rare disease usually found in adults, but Kate Conte was diagnosed at just three months old.

This weekend there is a race at the beach to benefit the Promise to Kate foundation.

Kate, her mom Elizabeth Conte and Atlantic Beach Lifeguard John Phillips joined us to talk about the event and the foundation.
