JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Scattered heavy showers and a few thunderstorms will move northeast across Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia this evening dissipating between 8 and 10pm.  There will be a few local downpours, some lightning and gusty winds with the stronger storms. 
Your Labor Day will begin partly to mostly sunny with temperatures quickly jumping from the 70s early in the morning to 90-95 in the afternoon.  Sunburn times will be as low as 10-15 minutes.  Scattered showers and thunderstorms will begin to develop between approximately 2 and 4pm then spread to and near the beaches late in the day, early in the evening.
