GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The Gainesville Police Department is asking for help in finding a man accused of shooting into a crowd of people in a parking lot. Police say an arguement began between two people shortly after midnight on Monday, January 7. It is believed the two groups got into an argument about one person stepping on the foot of another person.
Police say the argument soon escalated. That's when 19-year-old Robert Morris got a gun and gave it to Zairon Fussell. Fussell then fired a single shot into a crowd of four people standing in a parking lot. No one was hit by the gunfire. Police arrested Morris on at the scene and charged him as an accomplice with 4 counts of Attempted Murder and one count of Conspiracy to commit Murder.
Fussell, known as "Z Man", has not been found. Police say he is 6'1" with a medium build. Fussell has multiple tattoos and should be considered armed and dangerous.
