Sex offender charged with exposing himself to boy
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- An Alachua County registered sex offender is facing charges after police say he exposed himself to an 11-year-old boy at church.
Police arrested 19-year-old Justin Trey Hardy on Sunday and charged him with attempted lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a victim who is less than 16 years old.
Investigators say the exposure happened at the church where he attends a sex offender support group.
