JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan appeared live on CBS47 Monday night in the Action Sports studio for an appearance on Jaguars All Access. Khan sat down for an interview with Action Sports' Brent Martineau and Jeff Lageman.

In the revealing interview, Khan called some of his experiences as the team's new owner "brutal."

The day after his team suffered its seventh loss in eight games, Khan was forthcoming about his feelings.

"It's sad and it's embarrassing," said Khan, "But there are better days ahead and I'm deeply grateful to the fans for supporting us. They've done their part. Now we've got to do our part now."

The franchise has made numerous improvements to the stadium experience for fans at EverBank Field. However, the Jags stand tied with Kansas City for the worst record in the NFL, leaving many season ticket holders far from content.

Khan says he’s already gotten used to hearing from impatient fans who crave drastic changes to the team, coaching staff and front office.

Khan said, "You can't be rushing to judgement. I wish life was that simple, that you can hire and fire people and things would change. They don't."

The new team owner says he’s surprised at his own emotional swings, the highs and lows he feels even during the course of each game.  Overall, he claims he has no regrets and that his team is on the right track.

"It's really produced the right results," said Khan, "We've only got one thing missing, Ws.”
